Positive: The location was great! The apt was very nice.

Negative: For the second room they need a fan, my daughter could not sleep. We were 2 couples for the first night, and the next two days only 1 couple. I wrote asking to have the price settle the difference. On march 27th they answer me that they will settle the difference at the front desk at the check in. When we arrived I show the mail in the front desk they ignore it at all. I asked several times for there help and they did not do anything.

Summary: Everything great minus the lack of the second fan and the price difference.

Positive: Great place to stay with friends while in Mexico City! Excellent location, very safe - the staff at the front desk was always very kind.

Negative: The bed was very soft and not too much support for my back.

Positive: The Nowness is located in a very clean and safe area of Colonia Roma. It’s just one block from a hospital and surrounded by plenty of eateries, with lots of locals out walking their dogs and going for runs. There is a nearby club, so you can hear music from the room at night, but aside from that, everything was excellent. They also have a lounge area on the roof of the building where you can sit and get a great view of the city. One night we had to request help turning on the water heater when we tried to shower around midnight, but the front desk staff responded quickly and were incredibly helpful each time we needed them. Overall, staying here was a refreshing change from large hotels filled with tourists. It gave us the chance to be around locals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

Negative: Make sure you verify that the oven lights when you turn it on - I wasn't able to get it to, so had to air out the place to clear the gas. If I were the property I'd buy some of those gas (propane/butane) sensors that you plug in the outlet - that way there'd be less risk of an accident. It's a bit noisy, so making your schedule match the local revelry from the brewery out front and the bars out back, and then sunrise, will make your sleep experience better. Not sure how this could be amelioriated aside from replacing the sliding doors with double-glazed or soundproof glass. Expen$$ive! I don't blame the property for not doing that.

Summary: Excellent location, comfortable, friendly staff, on-site free laundry!!! I'll be back for sure

Positive: The property was nice overall. Clean and well organized. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and responsive. Pretty quick to reply to any questions. The location was very nice to many cafes and things to do.

Negative: This is a very loud place. Three out of six nights we did not get much sleep. The property sits right next to a restaurant, a brewery and a night club. Wall shaking, window rattling bass type noise. Until 5 am on Friday and Saturday nights. Until 2 am on Sunday nights. When we inquired about the noise we were given ear plugs and they did apologize. The walls and ceilings are very thin. The family that stayed above us or lives above us has crying kids and they screamed and cried and tossed things on their floor, our ceiling, throughout the night. We were out all day adventuring but even after 10/11pm when we got back, it was club music, screaming kids or housekeeping cleaning units around us. Items in the unit were nice but not always functional. The soap dispensers in the showers and kitchen didn’t work. There is no hand soap provided in either bathroom.

Summary: The place is nice, the staff is friendly but if you come to relax, this is not the quiet place you want.
